Ballett als logisches, anatomisch sinnvolles Trainingssystem im Hinblick auf den eigenen Körper. Das Training an der Stange konzentriert sich auf die bewusste Arbeit an Technik und Alignment. Mit Hilfe von Körperimaginationen und Feinkorrekturen wird auf die individuellen Bedürfnisse der Teilnehmer*innen Bezug genommen und eingegangen. In der Mitte stehen Bewegungsfluss, Dynamik und das lustvolle Erleben von Ballett als „Tanz“ im Vordergrund....
 Der klare, systematische Aufbau des Trainings ermöglicht ein tiefes Eintauchen in die anatomischen, koordinativen und räumlichen Strukturen des Balletts.

Zielgruppe: Tänzer*innen aller Backgrounds mit guten Ballettvorkenntnissen.

Ballet as a logical, anatomically meaningful training system with regard to your own body. The warm-up at the barre focuses on conscious work on technique and alignment. With the help of body imaginations and fine corrections the individual needs of the participants are referred to and addressed. In the center the main focus lies on the flow of movement, dynamics and the pleasurable experience of ballet as „dance“. The clear, systematic structure of the class enables a deep immersion in the anatomical, coordinative and spatial structures of ballet.

Target group: Dancers of all backgrounds with good knowledge of ballet vocabulary.

Nadja Puttner ist freischaffende Tänzerin/Performerin, Choreografin und Tanzlehrende. Seit 2015 leitet sie die freie Tanztheatergruppe Unicorn Art. Ausgebildet in Ballett, zeitgenössischem Tanz und Musical in Wien und Amsterdam, ist ihre künstlerische Arbeit geprägt von Interdisziplinarität und einer stilistischen Offenheit, die sich gegen jedes Schubladendenken verwehrt. Seit 2001 unterrichtet Nadja Ballett und Choreografie offen und im Ausbildungsbereich. 2001-2014 leitete sie das Studio an der Wien, 2015 – 2020 das Unicorn Art Dance Studio.


Nadja Puttner is a freelance dancer/performer, choreographer and dance teacher. In 2015 she created the independent dance theater group Unicorn Art,  which she  leads and performs with. Trained in ballet, contemporary dance and musical theater in Vienna and Amsterdam, her artistic work is characterized by interdisciplinarity and a stylistic openness that refuses to be caregorized. Nadja has been teaching ballet and choreography in open system and professional dance educations since 2001. From 2001 to 2014 she managed the Studio an der Wien, from 2015 to 2020 the Unicorn Art Dance Studio.
