PRO DANCE VIENNA - TERMS OF PARTICIPATION 2023

  • Participation in the training is subject to payment. The training fees are to be paid in advance, preferably by bank transfer or via scan-pay on site. In exceptional cases, cash payment on site is also possible. The current prices are available here.

  • Participation in the training is only possible with pre-registration. In case of non-attendance without prior cancellation, one point will be deducted from the 40-point card or 50% of the individual price will be charged.

  • The 40-point-card is valid for 12 months from the date of purchase and can be paused in case of a longer-term absence due to illness or injury or a longer-term engagement outside of Vienna if announced in time.

  • The 40-point card is not transferable to other persons.

  • Members of the Initiative Tanz und Bewegungskunst Österreich receive 4 extra points for each newly purchased 40-point card.

  • The professional price can only be claimed upon presentation of a professional certificate proving that dance is currently practiced in a professional context. The offer is also valid for dance teachers, dance students in their vocational training and professional artists of other disciplines.

  • As of May 2023, the training takes place on Tuesdays, Thursdays and Fridays at InDancity, Bennogasse 8, 1080 Vienna, and on Sundays at Tanzstudio Margit Manhardt, Neubaugasse 38, 1070 Vienna.. The location may be subject to change. The house rules of the studios are to be observed by all participants. The instructions of the studio staff in this regard must be followed.

  • COVID19: The current COVID19 regulations apply to all training sessions. The Initiative Tanz und Bewegungskunst Österreich reserves the right to impose stricter regulations in the interest of general safety.

  • The Initiative Tanz und Bewegungskunst Österreich assumes no liability for valuables brought into the training and into the studio.

  • Participation in the training is at your own risk. The Initiative Tanz und Bewegungskunst Österreich as the organizer is not liable for injuries or illnesses that participants may contract during the training. Attention is drawn to the level "advanced/professional". It is within the authority of the respective teacher to exclude participants who do not meet this requirement from the training. In this case the already paid training fee will be refunded.
