about the class:
Focused on the way we move into space in relation to the “invisible” around us, using the concept of momentum, we will deepen into floorwork technique and we will discover our deepest wild inner creature. The class is aimed to express the full physicality of our body in a playful environment. In order to give space to explore and discover new ways to move and express ourselves, the exercises are combined with an exploration of theatricality in the body.
