Musik ist mitreißend und bringt uns in Bewegung, aber wie können wir sie in Form von Bewegung ausdrücken?
Nach einem atemgeleiteten Warm-up durch fließende Wiederholungen konzentrieren wir uns auf die Gewichtsverlagerung, Stützkraft und das Lösen von Spannungen, um Schwung aufzubauen und Beschleunigung zu erzeugen. Dann werden wir dynamische Qualitäten isolieren, mit denen wir improvisieren können: aktive Fußarbeit, kontinuierliche Bewegung, “swinging pelvis”, u.a. Der Wechsel zwischen vorgegebenem Material und Task-based Improvisation ermöglicht es, persönliche Ansätze für musikalische Bewegung zu erkunden.
Zielgruppe: Akrobatische Fähigkeiten sind nicht erforderlich. Interesse an Improvisation und Erfahrung mit Bodenarbeit förderlich.

Music is thrilling and gets us moving but how do we express it in terms of movement?
After a breath-driven warm-up through fluid repetitions, we will focus on transferring weight, support and release of tension to build momentum and create acceleration. We will then isolate dynamic qualities to improvise with as we move through space: active footwork, continuous movement, pelvic rebound, among others. Alternating between set material and task-oriented improvisation allows to explore personal approaches to musical movement.
Target Group: Acrobatic skills are not necessary. Interest in improvisation and floorwork experience required.

Alberto Cissello ist Performer, Lehrer und Choreograph.
Als Performer arbeitete er u.a. für die Tanzkompanie der Oper Graz, Norrdans und cieLaroque/Helene Weinzierl. In Wien trat er in Eva-Maria Schallers Sonic Texture auf und war Gastlehrer im Tanzquartier Wien und MUK. Mit Martina De Domincis ist er Mitbegründer von Debocs (debocs.com), deren Performance Yet to be born (2019) in Österreich, Deutschland, Italien und Kroatien auf Tournee war.

As a performer he has worked for the Oper Graz, Norrdans and cieLaroque/Helene Weinzierl, among others. In Vienna he performed in Eva-Maria Schaller's Sonic Texture and was a guest teacher at TanzQuartier Wien and MUK. With Martina De Domincis he is co-founder of DEBOCS
(debocs.com), whose performance Yet to be born (2019) toured in Austria, Germany, Italy and Croatia.
